What is with all of these Red shirts and how can I get one?

The Red shirt signifies that you are a member of the regions board and a HARD working volunteer. Remember that AYSO is an all volunteer organization, meaning that outside of the AYSO National office there are NO paid positions. We are all out here doing this so that the kids can enjoy this great game. Every parent of a registered play is required to pitch in and help in some way, so when you coach or team manager calls don't hesitate to ask what can I do to help?
