Field behavior (for parents)
Parents/Spectators
• the spectator area is at least one yard back from the touchline and between the penalty areas (‘between the 18 yards lines’).
• the home team (first on the schedule) sits on the North or West side of the field; the visiting team South or East.
• only positive cheering is allowed. No criticisms of the players or the referees. Don’t coach. Don’t try to help the referee.
• a silent photographer may take photos from the goal line if there is no distraction to the players. No cheering. No talking.
• Board members should wear their shirts. Referees should NOT wear their referee shirts when coaching or spectating.
