How do I pre-register on eAYSO?

eAYSO is a convenient online service that enables you to pre-register AYSO players and volunteers using any computer with a printer and Internet access. Although the process is fairly self-explanatory, the following tips may be helpful.

You may wish to print out these instructions for reference before you log on to eAYSO.

1. Go to http://www.eayso.org/. At the Welcome screen - click either the First time or Log In button (for returning users).
   
2. Several informational screens will display. After reading, scroll down and click the Next button at the bottom of each page.
   
3. At the main page two buttons will display: AYSO Parents and AYSO Volunteers. To register players, click on the AYSO Parents button.
   
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and provide the information requested. A screen will ask if you want to create a password. Although a password is optional, you will need one to modify your information in the future. We strongly recommend that you create a password. Your username is your e-mail address.
   
5. Continue to follow the online instructions. At the Region Selection screen, select the first option I want my child to play in Region and enter 33 in the box. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next.
   
6. Continue following the instructions. At the parent/guardian information screen enter your name, address, etc. Although information for a second parent is optional, we urge you to provide it since this gives us more ways to contact your family if needed. When done, scroll down and click Next.
   
7. At the Volunteer Jobs screen, please select a volunteer job. Region 33 is an all-volunteer organization that depends on the efforts of people like you. We have volunteer jobs to suit any schedule.
   
8. Finally, a screen for the first player's information appears. Players must be entered one at a time. If your player is not listed in the Sign up a Returning Player section, you probably filled out a manual form last season. Select the option to Sign up a new player. You can request that siblings be placed on the same team if they are the same sex and in the same age division. When done, scroll down and click Submit.
   
9. At the next screen you may enter another player. Once all players have been entered, go to the main eAYSO screen and print the registration forms by selecting Print my form or print another copy of a previously printed form. Print three copies of all player and volunteer forms.
   
10. Bring the forms and other required documents to Walk-Up Registration. Please note that submitting information online does NOT register your child(ren) - you must bring all materials to Walk-Up Registration or mail the documents to the Registrar.
