Online Pre-Registration Players: ALL players should pre-register on eAYSO [1]. For returning players, this is a very easy process. For new players, it will take approximately 5 minutes to fill out some basic information. Parents: AYSO is a 100% volunteer organization. To make the program successful, every family is expected to volunteer. We provide training for Coaches, Referees, and Administrative jobs and have plenty of volunteer opportunities that take only a couple of hours. ALL families should have at least one parent pre-register as a volunteer on eAYSO [2].

Walk-Up Registration To finalize registration and pay the registration fee, please mail all of your forms with payment to the AYSO Region 33 PO Box 17628, Encino, CA 91416. You can also attend the FINAL Walk-Up Player Registrations at Balboa Park. Saturday, July 17th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Red Tent. PLEASE SAVE TIME BY GOING TO WWW.EAYSO.ORG TO COMPLETE YOUR AYSO PLAYER AND AYSO VOLUNTEER FORMS ON-LINE. Please don’t forget to print (3) copies.
NO PLAYER will be registered without all of the Required Documents (below). |
Please have the following items with you BEFORE proceeding to the Red Tent to register your child:
The registration fee includes, among other things, a complete uniform (jersey, shorts and socks), basic photo package and trophy. Each player will need to provide cleats and shin guards (required).

Multiple Sibling Discount: If you register three or more siblings at the same time, the first and second siblings pay the standard rate. The third sibling receives a $20 discount and the fourth sibling is free.

Players withdrawing prior to teams being formed in the player's division will be issued a full refund less any administrative fees due to the national AYSO organization. After teams have been formed in the player's division, all refund requests will be subject to Board review and approval. All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing by sending an email to the Registrar [5] or sending a written request to the Registrar at the mailing address below. The request must contain the player's name, date of birth and a brief reason for the refund request.
